    Important Dates

  • Claim Form Deadline

    Monday, July 13, 2026
    You must submit a valid Claim Form to get money or benefits from this Settlement. Claim Forms must be submitted online by the later of July 13, 2026, or 60 days following the entry of a final approval order, or, if mailed, postmarked or received by the later of July 13, 2026, or 60 days following the entry of a final approval order.
  • Exclusion Deadline

    Monday, March 30, 2026
    Get out of the Settlement. Get no money. Keep your rights. This is the only option that allows you to keep your right to sue about the claims in this Action. You will not get any money from the Settlement. Your request for exclusion must be postmarked no later than March 30, 2026.
  • Objection Deadline

    Monday, March 30, 2026
    Stay in the Settlement but tell the Court why you think the Settlement should not be approved. Objections must be postmarked no later than March 30, 2026.
  • Settlement Hearing

    Tuesday, May 5, 2026
    The Court will hold a Settlement Hearing at 2:00 p.m., on May 5, 2026, in the Courtroom of the Honorable Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers, at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building & United States Courthouse, Courtroom 1 – 4th Floor, 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, CA 94612.
